I'm a young male who lives near this fraudulent business. As my most of us due upon tax season I set out to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately for me truks only id's where I chose to take my business, never again tho. After receiving taxes I stumbled into trucks only with my wife an our three children. Admittedly my desire to own a vehicle, an beat the up coming summer heat an bus riding, blind my better judgement. The manager I dealt with (forest link) seemed to be eager to help so much so that he encouraged me to falsify documents that lead to the approval of a loan. Again my desire to get into a car made it far easier to be manipulated by trucks only an I'm responsible for much of what as come from my visit. However Ik I'm not the only one who isn't an expert or even experienced with the car buying process an I'm hoping to Save another from the misfortune of being conned by this establishment. Once approved due to the false information I was told to provide (references, phone # , an altering income) my family left in our new 09 Chevrolet cobalt. With in the first month this car presented problem after problem first a mysterious noise. After being brushed of by the dealrer a time or two I reached out to the BBB made a claim an shortly after I was contacet by the dealer looking to resolve the matter actually was just a show to appear to the bbb as though they were resolving the issues. After 3 visits to the dealers shop an story after story the bbb labled the issue handled an closed my claim however none of my vehicles matters were handled properly. Its been only 4 months since the purchase back in February an as it sits now the car needs a break job full alignment 2 front tired due to wear from bad alignment (all of which I was told was addressed an taken care off). Also needs a transmission flush as required by manufacturers maintenance guidelines. work totaling nearly $1000. Trust me find a more honest an reliable place to take your business as this only begins my experience an issues with trucks only... SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY FRUSTRATION DONT BE CONNED More

Good Job Tom, Bob, and Dennis did a good job with our purchase of a 2004 Nissan Frontier. I (Jeff) have always been cautious of used car dealerships. I rem Tom, Bob, and Dennis did a good job with our purchase of a 2004 Nissan Frontier. I (Jeff) have always been cautious of used car dealerships. I remembered Trucks Only on Bell Road because of the commercial I have see on TV. My wife and I went to the Bell Road location on Friday January 2, 2015 just looking for a truck that would be PERFECT for my needs, my work as a handyman AND a crew cab that had 4 doors to provide a ride to my friends in the ministry. We found one on the lot that was ready to be SOLD! But there was another problem...I also needed a vehicle that would fit in my garage. Tom, (salesman) got a tape measure to measure that vehicle. It was too long. We were about to leave when Tom said...Let me check on a vehicle in our back lot that we just got in. He went in to talk with Bob, the fleet manager. Bob and Tom came out, showed us the vehicle, a 2004 Nissan Frontier, crew cab. We measured the vehicle with Tom's measuring tape, (it would fit in my garage) gave us the price, (EXCELLENT) the mileage, (EXCELLENT) and Car Fax information. (once again, EXCELLENT). Then they proceeded to give us the keys to take it for a drive and to see if it would fit into our garage. It fit with 2 inches to spare. While we were driving the vehicle, we noticed that there were a couple of issues my wife and I had with the vehicle. My wife and I brought it to the attention to Tom and Bob on that Friday. On Saturday, when they had the issues resolved, the they called me and said that our issues were fixed. THAT WAS AMAZING to me and my wife! On Saturday, my wife and I went back to Trucks Only. We checked out the vehicle that we were interested in. OUR ISSUES WERE ALL FIXED at the expense of Trucks Only. We felt good with the purchase and the service we received from Trucks Only! We would recommend Tom, Bob, and Dennis to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Jeff and Laura More

Life savers!!!!???? We LOVE our truck. My husband does home remodeling and having to move all of his tools in a dodge magnum was just not working we came and met with Tom We LOVE our truck. My husband does home remodeling and having to move all of his tools in a dodge magnum was just not working we came and met with Tom and Dennis and they were able to get us into a Chevy Silverado 2500 hd and it could not be more perfect for my husband's work. Everyone at the dealership, was of the utmost polite, kind, helpful and honest. I have been through some health issues, which caused me a significant amount of medical bills that of course are all showin kind, helpful and honest. We were'nt even going to stop at Trucks Only, because I expected to not be well recieved by them. But one Sunday morning my boyfriend was online looking at Nissan Xterra's for me and called about one that was online. He got the price and said thank you and hung up. As we were preparing to go out and look around Phoenix, Brien called us back. He asked what the problem was... the price? ... The miles? etc. with that we decided to stop in and see them. Brien met us in the parking lot and he was very nice, down to earth guy to talk to. We took the Xterra for a test drive. I loved it right away, except it had what "we thought" was an oil problem. James came out to meet us in the lot and I was honest with him about my credit, embarrassigly. He was so kind, and understanding, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. We made an offer on the car, they accepted the offer without a blink of an eye. He ran my credit (which was as bad as i expected) but assured me that he would find a way to make it work. AND HE DID! When we thought there was an oil problem, they attempted to fix it, but it didnt work so James sent me home for several days with a different car. He assured me that if they couldnt fix it, he would do whatever it took to make us happy, another car, giving us our money back etc. Well, it turns out there was nothing wrong with the Xterra. But, James went the extra mile, and worked very hard to MAKE SURE the car was right. I had the best, most unexpected experience at car shopping because of Trucks Only.! Also, while James was out of town, I needed to go in and do some additional paperwork and to fill in for him was Dennis. Who knew nothing of me, my cancer, and my situation and still treated me like i was the only person in the building. I will not shop anywhere else from this day on.
