Out-Dealerized Lifted Trucks So I needed to buy a Diesel truck to pull my new camping trailer. I started looking at Lifted Trucks on Bell Rd. as I was a previous customer. They wa So I needed to buy a Diesel truck to pull my new camping trailer. I started looking at Lifted Trucks on Bell Rd. as I was a previous customer. They wanted to, in my mind, screw me into a truck that they wanted a deal to work in. After looking around, I stopped into Trucks Only and the sales rep Junior, showed me a diesel I'd be interested in, but the truck was at there Mesa location. The sales rep offered to drive himself to pick up the truck in rush hour traffic if I wanted to see it and brought it back up to me, that night. We came back to test drive the vehicle, wanted to purchase it, and the employees stayed late that night to make the deal happen. Even with me bringing my own bank for financing, they never gave me any issues. A week later I had some extra work done on the truck and they were more than willing to take care of my issues. A+ rating from sales rep all the way to the end. More

Came back to them at the end of the weekend after finding that they just got a 2008 Tundra in. Tony Martinez is the man!!! He got me a great deal on the truck with John Palos the Manager. They committed to fix the things that were wrong and let me keep my current truck while they fixed the minor issues. I spent some time with Bob in Finance and he clearly explained everything and gave me some great discounts on an extended warranty and GAP insurance. My trade in was fairly valued and I basically broke even. They went above and beyond getting it fixed and keeping me informed.. Customer service is Way above PAR, Definitely recommend going to these guys... The WILL take care of you. More
