We went to the Trucks only store on the trail in AJ from the time we walked onto the lot until the time we drove off in our beautiful new car we were treated with absolute respect. These guys and gals over here are great! None of them seemed pushy or overbearing. I was forced by life to buy and wasn't looking for a truck a week prior. I needed a nice truck AND a good deal. I was very happy with Drew and Doris. They listened to what my needs were and the payment that I could afford and they did not try to push me into anything else . Drew was so conscientious of my needs and what my needs were and the payment that I could afford and they did not try to push me into anything else . Drew was so conscientious of my needs and respected them. He even made sure the loaner cars I was given were appropriate for some of my needs. Doris was exceptional, I can’t say enough good about he. I feel they both went above and beyond my expectations. Your service department, not so much. I’ve had to have the vehicle back over twice to take care of items that should’ve not passed inspections. I don’t have much confidence in the service department as far as them thoroughly checking out the vehicle before it was put on the lot. More

Shady GPS tracker I took a weekend trip to Mexico, and each time I started the truck I heard a weird beeping sound. When I got back to AZ, I decided to check for the so I took a weekend trip to Mexico, and each time I started the truck I heard a weird beeping sound. When I got back to AZ, I decided to check for the sound, which had stopped. Under my steering column panel, I found a GPS tracking device (look for a small black box, about the size of a garage door opener, with a green sticker that says "THIS SIDE SKYWARD-SWAT3E". This was installed on my truck, without my knowledge or permission. You can unplug the harness and remove the device. It does have a battery inside which I also removed. If you have made a purchase at Trucks Only, you may want to see if they are tracking you as well. More

Excellent Experience! I needed a truck with a hitch. I found a gorgeous GMC Sierre, but it didn't have a hitch. They were willing to install the hitch as part of the sale a I needed a truck with a hitch. I found a gorgeous GMC Sierre, but it didn't have a hitch. They were willing to install the hitch as part of the sale and took care of the issue with the tailgate as well. Kevin was excellent and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Even when they had to trade out the back bumper to put the hitch in, they took care of it and got my truck back to me on time and as promised. I would send any of friends and family to them. More
