My Experience at Harrison Imports I had been working with the sales staff at BMW of Murray and found a car that I was ready to purchase. I did some last minute research and found a BMW I had been working with the sales staff at BMW of Murray and found a car that I was ready to purchase. I did some last minute research and found a BMW 535i at Harrison Imports. I made a call and Dave Ash suggested we do a FaceTime call so he could show me the car and so I didn't have to drive up to the dealership to get some of my initial questions answered. This was a great suggestion and really helped me get a good idea of what the car looked like. Based on this, I decided to make a last minute trip to their dealership to check out a deal that seemed to good to be true. Upon arrival at the dealership I was treated with respect and in a very professional and friendly manner by Dave. During my time at the dealership I was treated with respect and Dave answered all of my questions. Despite the fact that I was on the fence Dave did a great job of not pressuring me but definitely showing the benefits of purchasing through Harrison Imports. We came to a great deal with very little pressure. I indicated to Dave and his staff that I needed to be done a quickly as possible. Once I said that, their team sprung into high gear and made sure that they completed the sales process as quickly as possible to accommodate my schedule. Despite being fast, they were very thorough and went through every step with me. This was the quickest car purchase I have ever made and they more than exceeded my expectations. After I purchased the vehicle, Dave continues to demonstrate great customer service by arranging for me to have other items in the car taken care of. I have never purchased a car from Harrison Imports but after this experience I would definitely do it again in the future. Since I love imported cars Im sure this will only be the first of many purchases from them. More

I arrived to the dealership at 5 p.m or just a few minutes pass and drove my car out of the lot in about an hour. The service was outstanding, and, my daughter and I were able to make it to our Real Salt Lake game vs Galaxy with time to spare. The game started at 8 p.m., RSL 1 - Galaxy 0.
