WOW way impressed! It is kind of a pain in the butt to write a review but I will tell you what. I am making that effort. I saw a car advertised on line that I was look It is kind of a pain in the butt to write a review but I will tell you what. I am making that effort. I saw a car advertised on line that I was looking for. When I went to look at it there was no pressure at all. In fact I wasn't thinking I was going to buy the vehicle so soon. I went in there and Cory helped me out. Let me drive the car. I really liked it, but my wife hadn't driven it yet. The next day She came and drove the car. NEVER ANY PRESSURE and most of the communication as via the phone and my time line. Three days later they let me take the car out for half the day to my mechanic and take a long test drive. I came back and signed the papers! They even filled the tank up full! While I was waiting for them to spiff up the car, The referred me to a lady who was in the dealer at that time that liked my car. I sold my car for much higher than they would have traded it in for! Way to go. I didn't have to hassle with my old car with 215,000 miles!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Way impressed. Super nice, extremely fair, and no ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE! LOVE IT! MY daughter who is 14 years old is more excited than I am! More

Best dealership experience I've had Best car buying experience i can remember. I hate buying a new car it usually feels like torture. But they were super nice with a minimum of haggling. The only thing i hated is that scam scratching the window security. I gave them their $199 for that as their bonus for being nice. Most of time i walk before paying it. We had been to several dealerships, came back the next day and bought the BMW from Dave . We felt they had the best cars the best salesmen and fair prices! No pressure but always a smiling face! ! Normally buying a car is a headache and usually feels like I got taken advantage of, well not here at Harrison. Dave was great to work with and so was the finance manager. HONEST, STRAIGHT-FORWARD, GREAT TO WORK WITH Last month I became interested in a car that was advertised by Harrison Imports. When I made an inquiry, Dave Ash called right away and we started ta Last month I became interested in a car that was advertised by Harrison Imports. When I made an inquiry, Dave Ash called right away and we started talking. The car, it turned out, was not yet at the dealership but had been delayed in transport. Through my discussions with Dave we came to an agreement about the price, the option packages, and the expected condition of the car. They took a deposit to hold the car with the agreement that if the car was not as we discussed and advertised that the refund was not applicable. We also agreed on what the dealership would do to prep the car if things were substandard (like tires). It was an easy conversation and it was no hassle. During the time I was waiting, the transport firm continued to have difficulties but Dave kept me up to date on what was going on as things progressed. When the car finally arrived and was cleaned up Dave discovered that there had been damage to the car and contacted me directly concerning the problems. I was planning on driving in from out of state to pick up the car, so appreciated his willingness to point out the problems in advance. He sent me several photos of the scratches in question so that we could discuss what I wanted to do. In the end I ended up not completing the sale, and that was unfortunate because I really felt comfortable with the dealership and their business practices. As soon as I pulled the deal and as agreed they refunded my deposit with no delays or hassles. This group treated me very professionally and honestly, and I appreciate the time and effort that they put into building my trust through the process. I wished that they had another car in their inventory we could have gone forward with. I definitely recommend this group to others. More
