Best dealership I've ever dealt with I was drawn to this dealership when I found an advertisement for a Mustang GT Premium on Car Gurus for a pretty good advertised price. When I arrived, I was drawn to this dealership when I found an advertisement for a Mustang GT Premium on Car Gurus for a pretty good advertised price. When I arrived, Brooks greeted me and asked me what brought me in. He showed me the car and we went on a test drive. I told him I was just kicking rocks over, because I was underwater on my current car by quite a bit. When he showed me the paper work for my trade in and for the new car, I was shocked. I didn't expect such a generous offer on my trade in (I had done research on trade in value for my car prior), especially after another dealership low balled me quite a bit a few months prior. I negotiated with them, and they did not play the usual dealership waiting game of making me sit there for half an hour. When it was all set and done, 2 hours from arrival to signing papers and I left with my dream car. For my personal situation, I traded in a white Mustang Ecoboost for a silver Mustang GT. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. They did a great job educating me with all of my options, and they gave me a very fair trade. I wish they were a Ford dealership so I can keep going back to them when I'm ready to upgrade, but I will for sure be checking their inventory when I'm ready to upgrade again. More
