Bait and switch!! Bait and Switch. We are filing a complaint with MVED because we test drove a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES and agreed to buy it but the car they gave us w Bait and Switch. We are filing a complaint with MVED because we test drove a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES and agreed to buy it but the car they gave us was not the one we tested. It was the base model not the ES and the mileage was different. We took the car back and asked them to give us the car we tested. They (V. John Hartin) then became aggressive and told us if we left the wrong car there, they would have it towed at our expense. We have obtained legal representation. We just want the car we tested or our money back and contract cancelled. We are very disappointed because we went to this dealership based on their good reviews. Are we really the first to encounter this appallingly unprofessional and illegal behavior? More
Worst Experience with any Company Harrison Mitsubishi gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I purchased a truck with an extended warranty and after 4 months of ow Harrison Mitsubishi gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I purchased a truck with an extended warranty and after 4 months of owning the truck and driving it less than 2000 miles the transmission started to fail. I found out very quickly that the warranty that I purchased was never valid because of modifications but when purchased I was specifically told that the warranty was valid with the modifications. This was the beginning of 3 months of not having a fully functioning truck and going back and forth with the used car manager (Todd Grace), service department manager (Tyler Seawright), and owner (Vance Harrison). Todd Grace is the most disrespectful, demeaning, and unprofessional person I have ever worked with. If this truck was available anywhere else in the state I would have walked out due to his condescending mannerisms when negotiated for the truck. I stopped communication with him when I called about the rental car in the warranty and he quickly cut me off, raised his voice in telling me there is no rental car in the warranty, that I should get my car serviced somewhere else, and then swiftly hung up on me. He was wrong, there was a clause in the warranty for a rental car. Tyler Seawright is a nice guy but professionally I do not know how he is employed as the service manager. He is horrible and getting back to the customer and his service department simply does not know how to fix Fords. At one time I had to wait over 2 weeks for any communication because he was out of the office. When he first told me that I needed to new transmission for the truck, he wrote in an email that the warranty wasn’t going to cover it and asked what I wanted to do. No apology or conversation with another manager to find a solution. Also, when I had him fix another issue with the truck he tried to charge me $200 over his first quote and finally never actually fixed the issue. I had to pay another $300 at the Ford Dealership as their incompetence misdiagnosed the issue. His true care for customer was show when he returned my truck with only 35 miles remaining when I dropped it off full. Vance Harrison is also very nice man but ultimately cares only about money and definitely not the customer. Vance had lied to me 4 times during my dealing with his dealership, made me wait weeks for any communication, and did an astounding poor job of communicate with his staff as well as myself. The first lie was when I purchased the vehicle with the warranty. I only purchased the truck because of the warranty and was assured by his employee that the warranty was valid. Vance explained to me that since I signed the document all he can do is give me a refund for the warranty. His second lie was when he was trying to find an alternate warranty that would work for the truck. He offered me the warranty but I didn’t sign because of some issues, but after more research Vance said this second warranty would not be valid. The third time he lied to me is when he said he would pay me the price of the warranty when the transmission officially failed if warranty wouldn’t cover. We agreed on this deal and after 3 weeks of waiting he told me that he decided not to honor that agreement. The final lie was when he offered to give me a good price on the trade-in for the truck. I spent hours looking at new trucks assuming I would be offered a good trade in value for my truck. Again, due to his inability to speak with his staff, I was offer $28.5k when I paid $43k 4 months prior, less than 2000 miles on the truck. After another 2 weeks of waiting, he offered me $36k which is ridiculous considering everything. Please take my advice to go elsewhere to avoid being scammed by a horrible dealership that sell vehicles with a failing transmission and useless warranties. More
Scammed me into a extended warranty I recently went through a bankruptcy, and had a pre-approval through Capital One. I negotiated on a used Camaro. Got a ride from Wyoming to the deal I recently went through a bankruptcy, and had a pre-approval through Capital One. I negotiated on a used Camaro. Got a ride from Wyoming to the dealership to purchase the car. After my ride left back to Wyoming, I was told gap and extended warranty was required for the deal I said I can't do both. So the salesman went back to the finance department and he said capital one will let me drop the gap insurance, but had to keep the extended warranty on order for the approval. Keep in mind I'm 400 miles from home so I thought I had no choice. I should have called capital one myself, but wasn't thinking right. Well after I called capital one to check into this a couple days later. They tell me thats it's against the law to demand that. I sent an email requesting to cancel the warranty they said it takes 30-60 days to cancel. I then called the warranty company direct and they emailed me the form to cancel and does not take that long to get a refund. So be careful with this shady dealership. More

When I was at Harrison Mitsubishi dealership I asked what their best price was for the Jeep. They pulled the bait and switch and quoted $16,800. They also said that was the best price and that they would not go lower. I indicated that it was on the internet for $15,999. They basically lied right to me face and the salesman did not like that I caught them in a lie and decided he was not going to sell me the Jeep and walked away. More
