Brought in our F550 for service. They couldn't find a problem, most likely because it needs a load to cause the issue. Didn't charge us for checking it. First off I tried to schedule a local pick up off the web and no one followed up on it, so I had to call and bring my truck in. The service rep, did just ok, but didn't follow up with parts well. I waited and no one followed up on it, so I had to call and bring my truck in. The service rep, did just ok, but didn't follow up with parts well. I waited two days for non-critical part, but it never came in and I had to call and ask about it and just picked truck up without the part. More
