I went in for an oil change and tire rotation — the service manager immediately informed me about a change in cost. After the mechanic inspected my vehicle, they found an issue that would have cost a service manager immediately informed me about a change in cost. After the mechanic inspected my vehicle, they found an issue that would have cost a significant amount of money if I had purchased the parts from Truck City. He suggested purchasing the parts elsewhere and bringing them back for installation later. I really appreciated their honesty!!! More

Waited 4 weeks for appointment. When appointment arrived, the part was back ordered. Asked to have truck aligned. They needed to spend $1000 more of my money to replace deag link When appointment arrived, the part was back ordered. Asked to have truck aligned.
