Bad service. Tried to scam my daughter. I paid warranty to cover the car. Ford trying to make us pay more. I will talk to the manager. I’m not happy about this. T Tried to scam my daughter. Everything was great except for the amount of time that we spent getting the deal done. We also had to bring vehicle back to get an inspection so vehicle could be registered. The service department even transferred our wheelchair lift to new vehicle. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Truck City Ford. We will continue to come here for our automotive needs. More

The service was great. The only complaint, was i was called at 1PM saying it is almost ready. Ended up sitting in the waiting room 4 1/2 hours before it was ready. Internet connectivity was not working well on my devices. Just bored and annoyed. They did great work and were extremely nice. More
