I was told that my appointment would take only an hour and it ended up 3.5 hours! Staff was not communicating with me in a timely manner and I felt frustrated with trying to get my questions answered. Cas and it ended up 3.5 hours! Service Advisor Travis Guerero did a nice job documenting the issues I wanted addressed, providing information on what the technicians would do and when to expect I could pick up my vehicle.
