Worst experience. . Dropped off my vehicle for 3 days for a recall I was not informed y’all did not have the part. The person in change was unprofessional and rude, For . As of today he hasn’t reached out to me about my recall part as he mentioned he was. Decided transferred my information to San Marcos location. They reached out to me right away concerning my recall. In addition, the service manager - Jeremy Harper worked well with Jason in helping answer any additional questions and concerns I had. Together they make an outstanding team.
