Worst experience. . Dropped off my vehicle for 3 days for a recall I was not informed y’all did not have the part. The person in change was unprofessional and rude, For . In addition, the service manager - Jeremy Harper worked well with Jason in helping answer any additional questions and concerns I had. Together they make an outstanding team. Also, the financing rep - Charles Moradi took the time to explain all of Ford's extended service plans and financing options.
