No recommendations were done for my vehicle. I clearly knew it needed some work but nothing was relayed to me. I asked for a tire rotation and the rotation was not done because the wheel lock wa I clearly knew it needed some work but nothing was relayed to me. I asked for a tire rotation and the rotation was not done because the wheel lock was not found. It is a factory FORD wheel lock and they couldn't use their master set. The tires I knew were bad and and I figured they would at least try to upsell and the service advisor didn't even try. My inspection sticker had just expired a day before and not even that was offered as an upsell with tires. Overall not happy with putting my trust in keeping me safe and/familu More
