The truck was taken in for an electrical issue with the tailgate. We have a warranty still on it so that helped out. Noe took time to be on hold a few times to get it approved; really appreciated it. Took my Explorer for a tire issue. Also needed an oil change. No appt. Just stopped by. Liliana was very helpful. Mario Fuentes was a huge help to us when we came to him. He was patient, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on our vehicle's repairs, is bilingual (my husband speaks Spanish) etc...
