I appreciate the dealership working me in. It would be nice if a rental car was available since I have pre-paid maintenance with a rental car. It would be nice if a rental car was available since I have pre-paid maintenance with a rental car. More

In spite of the manufacturer, Mike Rodgers and his service team went above and beyond to make things as right as possible because of known problems with the F150 axel bolts. service team went above and beyond to make things as right as possible because of known problems with the F150 axel bolts. They are very welcoming, coming out to your vehicle to begin your service visit, calling you by name and just making your visit comfortable. I don’t like to go into Austin for anything so I tried Truck City again. I made an appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:00 appt. Sat and waited 10 minutes, no one came out to begin my service visit so I went inside. Four people were talking about what to order for lunch or something. I waited and finally said “Excuse me I have 9:00 appt. The man looked me up in the computer and then was less than cordial when asking questions to set up my service. I was never called by name, was nearly run over by another associate when I tried to go through the door. (I guess that’s just manners but I’m an old lady and being treated like a lady means something to me.) After that I assume my car was serviced appropriately and within good time frame. I just miss the way Truck City service used to be. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from your dealership and a little friendliness goes a long way with me. More
