Would like better communication, I was told the spark plug issue was caused by metal being magnetized, the they needed to replace one of the coil packs. When I picked up my RV the only thing on the work plug issue was caused by metal being magnetized, the they needed to replace one of the coil packs. When I picked up my RV the only thing on the work order was replaced a plug. Not really sure what they did or if the problem is taken care of. More

This is the second time I have come for an Oil and Filter change. I didn't have an appointment but Mario told me it would be about a two hour wait. It took over 2 weeks to replace the recalled gas tank. When I brought it in it had a full tank, but when I picked it up it had a 1/4 tank and it costs me over $100 to fill it up again.
