The dealership allowed me to drop off my diesel for a service without an appointment. They then took a week to get my truck done and I had no word from my service advisor. Second time I’ve had a tire r service without an appointment. They then took a week to get my truck done and I had no word from my service advisor. Second time I’ve had a tire rotation done and both times they failed to adjust the tire pressure to compensate for the switch. More
