He answered all of my concerns with thoughtful and researched answers that were not sales-focused. He understood my hesitation and paranoia and helped me think through the best options for my needs and my budget. He then got my inspection scheduled with Nathanial Lewis in the service dept. and was a clean handoff from Finance to Service. 10/10 would recommend. More
