Overall I had a great experience after I got some service. I called for an appointment and got there early, but there didn’t seem to be a service tech around. After waiting 25 minutes I went inside service. I called for an appointment and got there early, but there didn’t seem to be a service tech around. After waiting 25 minutes I went inside - where a tech helped which went well. My car was promised the day I took it in, but I had to get a couple of tires and the estimation took too long. But, all went well. After I got the car I discovered the backup light had gone crazy, admittedly it had been come on intermittently, but now the thing goes crazy and when it does come on much of the time the view is upside down on scrambled. More

Overall, positive experience. I scheduled appointment online. It said someone would get back to me. That did not happen.! I had to call to find out. When I got my car back from oil change, there were mud on the sides of my car near the tires. They should have rinsed the mud off. More
