I have been to Truck City Ford Parts and Service many many times. While I have interacted with many team members, I have interacted the most with Mike Rogers. I have found Mike to be a very level heade many times. While I have interacted with many team members, I have interacted the most with Mike Rogers. I have found Mike to be a very level headed person in his approach to problem solving with my vehicles, he is responsible and calls a spade a spade. He empowers his team as a leader should do. I recently tried to get the cashier to give him a hard time as he was in the shop when I was picking up my vehicle. She was also a total fan. Top notch for this team. More

Had a broken mirror, major safety issues. They did not treat us like a priority or even like we could afford the repair until we spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor got us in and fixed up. They lied about the timeframe it would take to diagnose our repair it took over a week. We literally had to go up there and wait in the office to get the quote. Then the service manager, Mike Roger's, call our repair it took over a week. We literally had to go up there and wait in the office to get the quote. Then the service manager, Mike Roger's, called me to assure my repair would be done the next day because they had all the parts to do the repair. The next day a service rep called when my vehicle was supposed to be done and stated it would take 3 more days due to the fact they have to "catch up on work" before they could get to my vehicle. After asking the service manager about this issue he said it would take 2 more days because they didn't get the right parts. They never communicated any problems or issues they were having. They have had my truck for approximately 2 weeks now. I wouldn't and will not be using there service center again. More

Mind you this recall can potentially shoot shrapnel so it should be treated as an urgent fix for people's safety. The bad dealership spent over a month not responding and saying they didn't have any record of parts or a request from me after several calls. After Ford headquarters helped me reach Truck City they were able to fix the issue within 4 days. 4 days!!!! The service department was great and very smooth. I'll keep these people in mind on my next car purchase. More
Excellent Customer Service After failing to get my brand new Edge Sport fixed at Maxwell Ford after taking it in twice and leaving it for a week each time I decided to take my After failing to get my brand new Edge Sport fixed at Maxwell Ford after taking it in twice and leaving it for a week each time I decided to take my Edge to Truck City. I spoke with Shawn when I dropped off the vehicle, who was very nice and took the time to listen to all that was wrong, he said he would have Mario call me as Mario was the one I had an appt. with. ( I had arrived early for appt. during lunch) Mario called to let me know that he was looking at the vehicle, and he kept me appraised the entire time of what had to be done and how long it would take. after being told by Maxwell that they had "emergency ordered" my parts which took over 2 months, and then my vehicle still wasn't fixed, I was VERY surprised when Truck City was able to get the parts for my vehicle next day!! Again, Mario kept me appraised as to what was being done to my vehicle. He even called me to let me know when my car was ready! When I picked up my vehicle Mario took the time to explain exactly what had been done. This is the customer service I have been looking for!!! TRUCK CITY FORD IS WHO I WILL TRUST with my vehicle from now on!! More
