The service tech kept me updated on everything. Everything ran smoothly. When it was time to leave in my vehicle they forgot to put my dashboard back to the digital speedometer. Every time I come in I have to go back in and get somebody to put my speedometer back on. Shouldn’t they be putting things back the way they were? Should they leave it in the Service status? I went to Griffith Ford with a scheduled appointment and was refused service. Furthermore, I decided to go to Truck City Ford and received excellent customer service. I only expected to maybe have someone t was refused service. Furthermore, I decided to go to Truck City Ford and received excellent customer service. I only expected to maybe have someone test drive my vehicle, however Truck City Ford went beyond my expectations by test driving it and repairing my vehicle in one day. They also brought me home and picked me up so I would not have to wait all day. Griffith Ford has never offered me this option.
