Everything about my experience was excellent! From the woman who answered the service center phone and helped me get an appointment, to the time I left, everything was great! I had a bad experience at a different dealership where they were very indifferent to the issue I was having and didn't try to fix the truck. I spoke with Travis over the phone...explained the problem and they were very indifferent to the issue I was having and didn't try to fix the truck. I spoke with Travis over the phone...explained the problem and he got me set up with aa service time. The first appointment the issue was not fixed. I spoke with him and took the truck back in. He walked the truck through and worked directly with the shop manager. So far so good...it looks like the issue may be fixed. More importantly I appreciate him listening and giving the issue personal attention. It was a good experience and I felt like I have a dealership I can call my home base. More
