Been taking my vehicle here since I moved back to Austin 5 years ago. Not great having to wait 2 hours for an oil change, but it's worth the peace of mind that it's done correctly EVERY time. I decided to bring it to Truck City Ford in Buda and they took care of it the first time. I have been returning there ever since. When I brought it in for the 30,000 mile service. I was low on gas and they even refilled my tank free of charge. To say I am extremely please with their level of customer service is to say the least. More
