All Went well with the service: oil change and filter, tire rotation. Then 2 weeks ago a friend noticed that I was missing 2 lug nuts. Upon purchasing lug nuts and installing I also noted that many of th tire rotation. Then 2 weeks ago a friend noticed that I was missing 2 lug nuts. Before purchasing my trailer camera from Accessories. .Ford.com I called your location and talked to someone to make certain it would work on my 2017 F-350 Super Duty. After giving the person, whose name .Ford.com I called your location and talked to someone to make certain it would work on my 2017 F-350 Super Duty. After giving the person, whose name I failed to get, he told me that it should work. So I bought it and since I was having other work done on my trailer had it installed. Everything went well until we plugged it into the pickup and discovered that it did not work because I did not have the ULTIMATE TOW PACKAGE that I had called to ascertain. Taking it to the dealer made the discovery that there is no way to upgrade so I am out $1,100. Lifetime Ford customer starting with my 1963 Ford Falcon convertible in 1963. My dad even was a Ford salesman when I was in high school. Usually service is GREAT. Just poor advice over the phone. More
