Just in for oil change and 10K “Works” package. Robert Laughton was professional and courteous in taking my service request. He reminded me of my Ford Pass points and how to use them. The truck was taken in for an electrical issue with the tailgate. We have a warranty still on it so that helped out. Noe took time to be on hold a few times to get it approved; really appreciated it. Took my Explorer for a tire issue. Also needed an oil change. No appt. Just stopped by. Liliana was very helpful.
