The truck was taken in for an electrical issue with the tailgate. We have a warranty still on it so that helped out. Noe took time to be on hold a few times to get it approved; really appreciated it. Took my Explorer for a tire issue. Also needed an oil change. No appt. Just stopped by. Liliana was very helpful.
