I don't know if I can find the right words to describe how amazing this dealership, all of the folks that work there and especially Eddie Haddad are when it comes to customer service and being genuinely g how amazing this dealership, all of the folks that work there and especially Eddie Haddad are when it comes to customer service and being genuinely great people! I went in looking for a new Bronco Sport and spent quite a bit of time at the dealership. Eddie is the absolute best and I've never been to a dealership where everyone there didn't act and behave like the typical/cliche car salesmen. They took care of me while they sourced the vehicle that I wanted from another nearby dealership - going as far as feeding me lunch. There was no nonsense/B.S. tactics. These folks are honest, humble and ethical. They really care about the customer and their experience and will go above and beyond. I wish every previous car buying experience was like this. I'm new to the Austin area and would recommend to absolutely anyone to go to Truck City Ford. Hands down, the best! More
