It took a few days of them to get the issue to reoccur, but they witnessed it and was able to fix my problems. While I'm glad everything went my way and all is good with my truck (including issues being co but they witnessed it and was able to fix my problems. I realize it's a mixed bag, but it's always disappointing when I have to leave because the issue couldn't be duplicated. Marcos and James were wonderful to deal with. Bought the truck from out of state so before pick-up everything was done over the phone. They were thorough going over the vehicle via FaceTime and I was not at truck from out of state so before pick-up everything was done over the phone.
