We have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at truck city over a decade now. In the last two years the service center has become so disjointed, unresponsive and down right impolite. As if I should be so lucky to give them my hard earned money. In the last year I’ve had almost 20k I’m repairs on one vehicle and they act like they don’t know me and wouldn’t care if they did. I don’t know what’s going on over there but someone should look into the POOR level of service. I’ve had good and kind encounters with the receptionists and I believe Mike tried but the service advisors are not trained well. Thank you, More

We inquired about a truck on the internet. We were lucky to be put in contact with Eddie Haddad as our salesman there at Truck City Ford. Eddie was nothing but honest the entire time and was available throughout the entire process. When we test drove the truck, it had an intermittent ABS and traction control light. When we got to financing, we mentioned the intermittent light and the open recall. We were instructed to take it to a RAM dealer (since we were buying a RAM from a Ford dealer) and to have it scanned. Eddie assured us that they would make it right and take care of it. 2 days later, we took it to the RAM dealer and had the recall fixed and the code scanned. When Eddie said they would take care of his customers, he wasn't lying. He made sure the truck was in the best condition for us to purchase it. I wish more dealers were like this one! I have purchased more vehicles from dealers than I care to admit, but this one was hands down the best! Eddie was an awesome salesman and was even willing to help on his day off! 10/10 would buy from here again and recommend this dealership to anyone! More
