My truck had a leaking water pump that was loosing water every day, left my truck there on a Monday about 11:00 AM, received a text on Wednesday morning at 6:30 that my truck was ready for me to pick up, to every day, left my truck there on a Monday about 11:00 AM, received a text on Wednesday morning at 6:30 that my truck was ready for me to pick up, to me, that is very fast for them to do that, and I am thrilled to have my truck back that fast, because that is the only transportation I have to get around. To me, Truck City Ford always gives you Great Service and they are also friendly and easy to deal with. I really like my 2016 F-150 and I worried about have it taken care of by a place that knew what they were doing. Truck City Ford is such a place. I was a little concerned about an intermittent rough idle. The service manager took my truck out for a test drive and did extensive computer diagnostics. It was determined the engine was just fine and I was told there would be no charge. Can you imagine that? No charge! My heart skipped a beat. I thought I was being transported back in time to where the customer came first and not just the amount of money that could be squeezed out of him. Thank you Truck City Ford. I am very impressed. Scott was great from the moment I called to inquire about getting my vehicle serviced. Unlike other dealerships I called, Scott insured that he could get see my vehicle the very next day and fixed my window getting my vehicle serviced. Other dealerships said they couldn't get to my vehicle until 4-5 days. He was very nice and listened to my concerns and understood my frustration being that I just bought this car brand new.
