I came in to find a newer vehicle that better fit my current needs. I was promptly greeted by Kathrine and shown various options on the lot. After looking at multiple dealerships I kept going back to tr current needs. I was promptly greeted by Kathrine and shown various options on the lot. After looking at multiple dealerships I kept going back to truworth for the pricing and customer service. Within a couple days I drove off the lot with my 2016 Ford Fusion and if I am still in the Kokomo area when it comes time for an upgrade my first choice will be truworth. My only complaint is that Truworth does not hold a vehicle for more than 24 hours or take deposits on vehicles. Due to mine and my partners work schedule it made it difficult to make it in to finalize things. Speaking specifically about Kathrine, I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we recieved. She not only helped us find the perfect car but maintained professionalism while being extremely easy to talk to. More
