I am on disability and my husband is my caretaker, not only was he willing to drive the car that we chose to look at over to our residence, he was very warm, friendly, and easy to talk with. The Fiat that we picked was at a very affordable price. Due to our financial situation, my mother was willing to help us with the purchase. Brandon was extremely polite and patient as we had to wait at the dealership for my mothers phone call to seal the deal. Brandon went wayyy over and above for us. After the purchase, my husband noticed one minor thing that needed fixed and Brandon asked my hubby to bring the fiat back the next day so that he could fix the back window wiper blade. We will never deal with any other dealership except for Truworth dealership, due to Brandon Crull ! Staff were super friendly, warm, people! The best I started looking online for a used vehicle, found one on autotrader that was located at TruWorthAuto, I requested information and shortly after recei I started looking online for a used vehicle, found one on autotrader that was located at TruWorthAuto, I requested information and shortly after received a call text and email from Patrick. I made an appointment to come in and test drive, upon arrival I was greeted. Patrick wasn’t available so John Wayne helped me, he was super friendly and explained all the paper work for me. Zach Washington also helped and was super friendly and explained some financing options. Super friendly staff, not pushy. On my test drive I noticed one minor thing that needed fixed and it was fixed at no cost! More

None the less I knew going in that the vehicle I was purchasing was priced fairly from the get go, otherwise I would not have been there. Brandon Crull was a great contact, he was very courteous and up front while I evaluated the vehicle and during the entire closing process. This was a high dollar heavy duty pickup I was buying, so I was sure to ask for all available warranty information, etc, and Brandon did a great job of providing that in a very accurate manner. The vehicle did have a remainder of power train warranty and that was one of the selling points of the vehicle for me. I appreciated Brandon's follow up when I was driving home and the vehicle "check engine light" came on. I can't say whether the dealership knew this was a problem or not, but when I contacted Brandon via text, he did immediately discuss it with his manager get back with me and let me know that if the problem was something that wasn't covered by the remaining power train warranty, Tru-Worth would "work with me" to address the problem. Fortunately, I took to Ram dealer and the fix was covered under powertrain warranty, so no additional follow up needed. Overall, I like the fair pricing out of the gate, the no pressure approach to sales, and the unexpected follow up and consideration that Brandon and his team gave me as part of this transaction. More
