He made sure to answer any and all questions we had about concerns with the vehicle we were putting our daughter in. And at the end of the transaction she was leaving TruWorth with a dependable and beautiful car. Now on to the financial manager. Mike made sure that we were comfortable with the payment and that we would be well taken care of with service and care. We cannot thank TruWorth and the people that they have as dedicated employees enough for making this a well worth investment for our children, as this is the 2nd vehicle in less than a month that John Wayne has sold to our family and I can guarantee that it will probably not be the last. Awesome Experience! The best car buying experience ever! Patrick greeted us as soon as we entered the building. No pressure, just very courteous. We were offered somet The best car buying experience ever! Patrick greeted us as soon as we entered the building. No pressure, just very courteous. We were offered something to drink as he was seating us in his cubicle and we felt at ease with him right away. He asked a few questions to narrow down what we were looking for and made some excellent suggestions within a couple of minutes. We made a selection from the list he showed us and went for a test drive. No pressure while we looked the car over and took our time checking it out before we got in it. During the drive he was very helpful and courteous as he answered our questions and encouraged us to take a longer drive to really check out the car. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and easygoing. No pressure from anyone. We felt very comfortable and relaxed with everyone we spoke to. We got a better car than we were expecting to be able to afford for monthly payments below what we told them we could pay. Just the opposite from experiences I have had with other car dealers in the past. I would Highly Recommend TruWorth Auto to anyone looking for a car in the Kokomo area. More
