The whole process was about 30mins from financing the vehicle with my bank from the dealership to signing the paperwork. The manager was also very nice and helpful too at making sure my payments remained in my budget and they were better than I expected. More

Be wary!! Was going to purchase a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Salesman Patrick Gilliam was very nice and accomodating. When we went through finance with his superior he Was going to purchase a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Salesman Patrick Gilliam was very nice and accomodating. When we went through finance with his superior he tried to shaft me on the interest rate. After a conversation with him the interest rate dropped 2% Told him I would go to the same credit union and get the lower rate and that's when the interest rate went down. No owners manual so he said they would get me one. Just before signing the papers I was informed there was but 1 key fob. Told them I had to have 2 key fobs. They are very expensive to replace. Mgr said he would split the cost with me. I dropped the deal and walked away as it was not my responsibility to split the cost of the key fob as I never lost it. Also they will try to sell you a maintenance agreement which is quite expensive. They don't tell you the cost. They want to add it in to your monthly payment. More

I called to see if the car was still available before making the 45 minute drive and talked with Brandon, who told me it was still available. He asked me if I had any questions about the car, answered the questions I had, and mentioned that he'd recently driven it and it seemed like a nice car. When we arrived, Brandon was busy, but had the car ready for us to test drive. He asked Katherine to help with allowing us to test drive the car. She mentioned that the owner only buys private seller cars and cars from dealerships that they have relationships with. They don't buy from auctions because they get better cars this way, which was great to know! When we got back from the test drive, Brandon walked through the entire Carfax report with us, because I wasn't able to look at it on the car site where we initially found the car and ran some general numbers for us. There weren't any hidden fees, only a security etching transfer fee. My son wanted to run some numbers before deciding on the car. Brandon mentioned that if we wanted to buy the car that we could do everything over the phone regarding financing. Since our house was within the free delivery range, the car could be brought to our house and we could do the paperwork at that time. After deciding to purchase the car, I called Brandon and asked if he could check out financing options other than our local credit union to see if he could get a better rate, which he did. At the delivery time I'd requested, Brandon drove the car down to us and we completed the paperwork. This was all amazing, no pressure, service! Brandon, and this dealership rocks! More
