Very nice people. Some things I didn’t like, was it felt a little rushed to make the sale and there was absolutely no room for negotiation. I asked if they could negotiate down the price to help compensate a little rushed to make the sale and there was absolutely no room for negotiation. I asked if they could negotiate down the price to help compensate for the sales tax and dylan didn’t really say anything but his sales manager? was a bit rude when I even considered that a possibility. Also they told me the theft security etching was included like they paid for it not me and then sped through the sell sheet so I didn’t have time to realize I was actually paying for it. Also I was very irritated that the fuel and DEF tanks were not filled. I’m paying 27000 for this truck the least you could do is fill it for me. Def is less than half and they only filled the truck to 3/4 tank. Last thing is the banks they work with could only get me a 4.34% percent interest loan when I have 800+ credit. Seems at least 1 percent high of not 1.5% high. More
