We bought a car and when we bought that car we was told that the car had a 21 point inspection done and it was good to go. we live about an hour and a half away from this dealership. My husband and I bought the extra warranty .on our way home he check engine light comes on the code was a misfire so I called we drove the care all the way back to the dealership to have there mechanics fix the problem. they told us that it needed a new coil pack but they had to order it and they would call us when it came in so that they could fix the issue 2 weeks later we had not received a phone call from them and the check engine light popped on again this time for the heating issue so I called them back talk to them about the coil pack and about the new code from the check engine light we then drove the car back up to the shop an hour and a half away for them to fix the coil pack and the heating issue we also told them multiple times that the steering was acting funny when you would go to break they told us that they would look at it and the very next day we called and went and picked up the vehicle still had a misfire on the car and still had steering issues when we would go to break so my husband opens the hood to find that the coil pack wasn't even push down all the way and now we have an appointment with our garage that lives 5 minutes from our home to have the vehicle looked at because twice now we put it in the shop at the dealership and they still hadn't fixed any of the problems so now we have to pay out of her own pocket to fix a vehicle that we haven't even had a month that we paid $14,000 for. The employees are very nice and very helpful it's just too bad that their garage part of the dealership does not do well with a vehicles being fixed properly . I would recommend this dealership but I would warn them about the mechanical issues to the vehicles More
