Very Helpful and transparent I m very strict with reviews, cos I hate to be misled by them so I wouldn't want to do that to others. I walked into this lot to "look" with only 30mins before they close for the day on a Saturday night- drove off a couple of hours later with THE car I wanted! Approved on the spot - only because the dealer offered to pay more on my trade-in to meet my down payment requirement from the bank- they went out on a limb for me without my knowledge- I didn't even know what they had to do until I was looking at the contract- whereas other dealers would brag about everything they are offering. My sales guy, Chris was awesome- shielded us from all the stress, kept us actively engaged and gave us a xxxxload of pens lmao. All round friendly guys. As u can see from the picture, it was dark before we got done but we ain't even know it. If you like to be cuddled, these guys don't cuddle- they are about their business and professionalism. Stern, Firm, Straightforward just how I like it. Overall, this was a great place. Oh, they don't have vending machines in the building so bring your own drink - but they do have a nice setup tho- top notch on the interior. More

Facility was comfortable. This dealership offers the best prices you will find. Spent two months researching my car, the features I wanted, and the price. They had the best number by a long shot. Also very transparent with helping you view the Carfax vehicle history which is nice. They did a great job of taking my trade in, that honestly, wasn't worth much to them but they got it off my hands clean and easy. Was kinda disappointed in the quality of the front tires and there was no budging in the negotiation to getting new ones on for purchase. Also drove away without a full tank of gas in the car. Those were small things compared to the overall satisfaction I had with my Truworth Experience. I'll be going back and recommending this dealer to family and friends. Love my Ford Fusion. More
