Wonderful experience Let me start by saying that I am absolutely astounded by the service I received today. I contacted them while they were closed inquiring about a car. Let me start by saying that I am absolutely astounded by the service I received today. I contacted them while they were closed inquiring about a car. A few minutes I received an automated reply that Chris would contact me when they opened again the morning. As I work during the day I replied to let him know that it would be best to email me. In the morning I received an email from Chris letting me know that my car was available and We set up a time to come in. I really appreciated the fact that he honored my wishes to correspond via email as I have dealt with places before that didn't honor that request and it was extremely frustrating. I then went to the dealership, test drove the car and promptly fell in love with it. As I completed most of the paperwork during the day via email I wasn't there more than an hour signing paperwork and waiting. Chip and Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't think of anywhere else I would want to purchase another car from. They really take the hassle out of car buying. Wonderful Experience I was in the process of just looking for a car and doing research when I came across Truworth auto just down the street from where I live. My husband I was in the process of just looking for a car and doing research when I came across Truworth auto just down the street from where I live. My husband and I went to the lot just to look around and see what was out there, expecting to fight off salesmen if coarse. When we got there a Salesmen named Joe approached us and was very helpful without being pushy. Joe showed us around let us know that all prices were set to sale. Which is totally true. He also told us that he wasn't on commission so it's up to us what we wanted to spend. That news took us by surprise. It also relaxed us and we told Joe what we were looking for and what the monthly payments we were comfortable with. It was smooth sailing from there. After about 2 hours test driving different cars and paperwork, we walked out with a car, which was unexpected since we were supposed to be just looking. The Truworth Auto team made buying a car a wonderful and exciting experience. More
