After I purchased my car, the communication was poor. They never returned my phone call or emails; they never notified me that they had to have the title duplicated and I was left waiting. It took me over 1 month before I received BMV title paperwork so I could finally register my car (I applied for a car loan). As with most dealerships, they will tell you what they think you want to hear; I was told they would overnight my pay-off for my trade-in, but they actually didn't mail it till one week later. Their profit sharing program sounds too good to be true, that is because it is. I did not receive any profits from my trade-in; I declined their KBB Instant Cash Offer (way undervalued) so maybe I didn't "qualify". If they have a car on their lot you are interested in, go check them out, but just understand this is business and not friendship. More

This dealership does not work off commission so there is a no pressure and no haggle situation. I was in and out within 3 hours and Imore really happy with the vehicle. It is clean and the 3 year warranty I opted for for approx $30 more per month gives me peace of mind for a car with 120k miles. Joe was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and showed full transparency with the car fax readily available. Scott and Nick got me financing slightly less than the monthly payment I was comfortable with and that included the 3 year warranty. I would definately go there again. (Side note) They will also buy your vehicle even if you are not purchasing from them and have a nice profit sharing program once it resells. More
