I don't like car dealerships...this place impressed me! I don't buy new cars, and I avoid debt like the plague. I don't like dealing with salesman because I will NOT be pressured. My wife and I found ourselves in a situation where our car was totaled in an accident, so we needed to find a replacement car quickly. Normally I buy used cars for cash, but this time our cash was short. We drove toward "dealers row" and prepared ourselves for a long day of browsing. I had never heard of TruWorth, and it was only by a happy coincidence that it was the first place we came to. As I walked toward the front door, I was waiting for the vultures to descend...they didn't. Dave Ross met me after I had entered and browsed a little. We talked about my needs and what cars I was interested in, then we talked with the manager, Casey Niles. Casey told me this was a different kind of dealership, and that they didn't pay their people on commission...I liked that a lot. I had no red flags raising. I told them I had seen a specific car online that interested me, so they brought it around. After the test drive, I let them know that it was only the first car, and I would not make a decision yet. We then drove another car that was in our price range. After that my wife and I said we would think about it, but we wanted to shop around. There was no pressure, they just asked if we would keep them in mind. After we left, I got a text from Dave thanking us for stopping in. We went to three other dealerships in the area and only drove one other car. I had a certain type of car and a specific price range in mind because I had shopped privately owned used cars online over the last several days. Of those three other dealerships, there were exactly "zero" cars that interested us. Two of those dealerships had nothing in our price range. I suppose it was fate, we ended up going back to TruWorth and purchasing the first car we had test drove. Dave was out on an errand, so Casey set us up on a computer to enter our information for financing. Scott Holthouse walked us through the various financing options, including one that would help my wife improve her credit score. The entire process took about 30 minutes, well maybe a bit more because they were so friendly that we chatted the whole time. They gave us the keys and the paperwork, and we drove away happy! More

Got convinced of a color that I didn't want but it is a nice car and a nicer deal. Tom facilitated getting a second electronic key for the vehicle and even followed up to make sure ever part of that experience went well. More

Easy Process handled by AMAZING staff I originally found my 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona online and put in a request for more information. From the get go, he was full of information, down to earth, and looking to help me as a person more so than just a consumer looking for a vehicle. He explained a lot things I had no idea on about purchases and spoke to me about TruWorth's company. Once I got to the dealership the whole team worked together to get me hooked up with the awesome car that I wanted. Scott Holthouse was amazing and worked with financial institutions to get me the loan I have. I was even able to get gap insurance through the financial company, a great warranty, and got my payments even cheaper than I ever expected. This company goes as fast or as slow as YOU want to go in the process. They are competitive with their pricing, and I'm excited for their trade in offers too. I will be returning here as soon as I can and I will be recommending them to my friends, family, or anyone else I hear of wanting a vehicle. I can't thank their team enough for what they have done for me. More

Honest and very helpful Sales reps don't get commission, so they weren't pushy and obnoxious. Very helpful, they found better rates for a car loan.
