The Newlywed Game Today we came in to find a used car that fit within our small newlywed budget. As the sales team at TruWorth does not work on commission we were pleas Today we came in to find a used car that fit within our small newlywed budget. As the sales team at TruWorth does not work on commission we were pleasantly surprised and excited that everyone we worked with was genuinely kind and worked very hard to get us in a vehicle that would suit our needs. It was wonderful to see everyone working as a team to get us squared away. After all of our paperwork was complete and we were ready to drive off the lot we noticed the headlight was out, being we bought our car AS IS they quickly offered to fix it for free as soon as possibly. This was unlike any of of previous car dealership experience. Thank you so much Alex for getting us into our new car! More

simple and helpful When I found a car on TrueCar I received a response back quickly. When I emailed with any questions I received quick responses back with the informat When I found a car on TrueCar I received a response back quickly. When I emailed with any questions I received quick responses back with the information requested. The sales person also made sure to be available when I can to see the car. He allowed me to take the car with me to show to my daughter to make sure it met her needs. I came to the dealership the next day after already having completed my credit application online which saved time and allowed the finance manager to work on loan approval. I spend less than 1 hour from when I arrived to sign my remaining documents and walked out with the car and 2 sets of keys. More

All they did was lie from the start They contacted me wanting to buy my truck from a ad i had posted online. I asked them not to waste my time. The salesman i talked to said they should They contacted me wanting to buy my truck from a ad i had posted online. I asked them not to waste my time. The salesman i talked to said they should be able to get me what i wanted for my truck, and not waste my time. I went to the dealership and had another person come in another car thinking i was going to sell my truck. They looked at my truck then offered me over 6k less then what i wanted. I talked to a manager he said sorry. The next day i got a call from another manager and he apologized for what happen and told me they would send me a gas card for driving to the dealership. I never got the gas card. About a week later they texted me again wanting to buy my truck again. I called and talked to a manager and told them what happened last time about being lied to. He apologized again and looked my information up and said he would make sure to send me a gift card never happened. More
