As usual, we did due diligence by searching Autotrader, Consumer Reports, set up assessments with our mechanic; we emailed likely dealerships. Still: We were nervous, unsure, still spooked by the accident. When we went into TruWorth, that all changed. Tom Clark was the only email contact of 7 who'd returned our emails many times. When we met Tom, he was caring, helpful, concerned that this was the right car for us. The price was fair. He helped us get all relevant records for the car and checked on some issues. He was courteous and knowledgeable, with a sense of humor. Simply put, he did what we needed and what he did he said he'd do. No, we're not related to Tom. But we're fans. More

They also offer an outstanding 3 year warranty that covers everything without a deductible if you bring it to them for service. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit this place first because this is how a car buying experience should be. More

Being new to the city I had no idea where to go to find a reasonable dealership. Then I contacted Case via Ca Gurus (online listing site). He was patient answering my questions (my the entire car payment funds were at an out of state bank I panicked about being able to withdraw them over the counter here), so many sellers had promised their cars in good condition and had lied, and I had to take a cab to see cars- because I didn't own one. That made it tremendously expensive for me to wast time on bad vehicles. Casey won me over by saying he was there for me if I wanted to give Truworth a try,so I gambled one last time and went. Basically,I fell in love when I saw the car (White 06 Acrua TL). It was priced appropriately, and felt very comfortable with the obvious measures they had taken to make it in as good a condition as possible (many cars I looked at had bad breaks or tires for instance). Although I did not finance, Big Mike took his time explaining what my extras options were with no pressure, they did not charge me any extra beyond sales price + tax- exactly as promised. I feel really greateful to TruWorth for their help, and will definitely make Casey at my first contact next time. I recommend them to anyone looking for a xx free car buying experience. More
