Overall I feel like I was given a beyond fair amount forbny trade (2005 grand cherokee v6 with 184,000 miles on it and a few issues = $1,500). I had been hunting for a specific car which they had. Test drove it and everything worked as it should. However after the purchase process was complete and I gotbin the car to leave the backup camera wasn’t working. I passed on the 3rd party extended warranty because I didn’t see the value in it at an added $2,000. However, when I went inside and told her about the camera she assured me that it would be taken care of. A couple days later I got a call that the new one came in and I could come in tobhave it installed. When I went to get it fixed the service department was backed up and full of cars. They put me in front and had me in and out in under an hour. Overall I had a good experience with TruWorth and I’m really enjoying my Honda Accord. More
