When I call Troy Honda for service, I ask to speak with Rich Smiley. We experienced an un-expected issue with my son's car, and I was afraid it might be serious. I brought my vehicle for a diagnostic and that was properly completed and problem correctly identified as a Radio failure. Referbushed part with labor I thought was expensive at $1100.00.
