I've recently purchased a new CR-V at Troy Honda, as well as had my '13 CR-V in for service there. They completed the repair on time and the cost was same as the original estimate. The quality of the work and parts completely met my expectations. This is a great dealership - sales, parts, and service. Even though it's a little bit longer drive to Troy for me its 100% worth it. More

We brought my sons 2003 Honda Accord in for a diagnostic reading only. We called the service manager multiple times as well as left messages telling him NOT to do ANYTHING but tell us what was wrong with th reading only. We called the service manager multiple times as well as left messages telling him NOT to do ANYTHING but tell us what was wrong with the vehicle. The service manager would not call us back. I asked for the sales manager and the general manager and NO ONE would call me back. They made a $257 key fab, an oil change and charged us $616 in spite of me telling them NOT to do anything!!!! When I finally spoke to Ken, the general manager, he was rude and even though I told him I was willing to pay for the diagnostic service , he just hung up on me. I have been a long time customer of this dealership and this treatment is totally unacceptable!!! My son charged it on my credit card thinking he had no other option. I am in the process of fighting the charge. The service manager, Rich spoke to us prior to the car even being looked at and knew the situation. When my husband finally spoke to him again he was rude and said he had enough calls. We wouldn’t have kept calling if he would have acknowledged us or called back. We told him repeatedly not to do anything on the car. We left several voicemails because he wouldn’t answer the phone. Do not do business with Troy Honda!!!!!! More
