Bad serivice The service salesman, Rich Smiley cost me $800.00 extra. My Odyssey had a problem with rear back door, The cable was lose or came out from roller. He The service salesman, Rich Smiley cost me $800.00 extra. My Odyssey had a problem with rear back door, The cable was lose or came out from roller. He told me it will cost $1100.00. I declined the job. He asked me if want to cut the cable so i can close the door, I said yes, Guess what by cutting the cable i found out i have to change the whole motor assembly otherwise i need the change only the roller cost was $55.00 plus labor of $200.00. This was my stop at this dealer never going back there again. i'll be calling my layer to discuss my legal options. More
