He answered all my questions and took the time to explain the features and benefits of the different models we looked at. He was never pushy and gave me time to explore my options and always returned my phone calls promptly. When I came to pickup my new car he had all the paperwork ready to go and made the whole experience truly wonderful. Zero Energy I walked in going to buy a 16' Civic and ended up pulling out of the dealer because of how uncomfortable I felt. Bad serivice The service salesman, Rich Smiley cost me $800.00 extra. My Odyssey had a problem with rear back door, The cable was lose or came out from roller. I declined the job. He asked me if want to cut the cable so i can close the door, I said yes, Guess what by cutting the cable i found out i have to change the whole motor assembly otherwise i need the change only the roller cost was $55.00 plus labor of $200.00. This was my stop at this dealer never going back there again. i'll be calling my layer to discuss my legal options. More
