They did not know their cars well, and could not answer my questions. The sales person at Troy Honda was great from the beginning. He was polite, nice and knowledgeable. Knowing about the car and the details of it, the technology and driver assist package was crucial for me. Since I was considering different car types I needed someone to explain what the differences were and what were the up sides to each car. When I finally decided to purchase the car, the salesperson made the experience very easy and smooth. I had my car within 2 days!
