I was looking to change my Civic for a SUV. John Yost had helped me a few years ago to buy the Civic. I had such a great experience with him that I reached back out to him again. Especially because we kept my same financing payment which was KEY for me, and I even got money back from trading in my Civic. John took the time to go over all the features with me, and I felt so comfortable driving away in it. I even came back cause I had forgotten how to do the remote start, and John kindly showed me again. Honestly, he made the experience so easy and fantastic. The whole process took about a week.
